SPROUT!

“Ok, so this year was my first year at TAF! While we were on our way to TAF, I was so excited to meet new friends and have fun. So right when we got out of the car at Manchester, about 3-5 councelors came up to us and said ” Hi! Welcome to TAF!” I felt so welcomed and happy that I had a smile on my face. Then the councelors were so nice that they carried my luggage all the way to my dorm which was very nice because I had so many things. I’d like to thank all of the councelors who helped me learn, express myself, and make me feel at home. Thanks to all. When we got to the Great Room, I saw Josh and some kids with a few councelors playing a game. So I watched at first, but then I wanted to play really bad because I love having fun! Then, Tiffany and Chloe came up to me and my cousin, Cynthia and introduced themselves. I thought it was kinda awkward at first, but then Jesse and Andrew came up to us too! I remember that moment so well, that I kind of miss it. Then I joined in with the games! We were playing Watermelon. It was so fun and cool to make those slurpy noises. I thought it was kinda weird when people were making weird and strange noises but then I realized that I was too! The next game we played was What, Yea, Ok! It was extrememly enjoyable because everytime a person would yell something, I would be really quiet and say something back! But then, when I found out that it doesn’t matter what you do, I started yelling! It was hilarious! I loved playing all of those games with you guys and I hope you enjoyed it with me too.

I remember that we were in speaker sessions and we were playing 大風吹. It was so fun because I loved it when we were running around the whole place! Although, I never got a chance to be the ” wind” I still enjoyed it, especially with you. I think the next thing we did was the ” Get to know me” card. And yes, I cheated. Why? Because I have extremely bad memory and I didn’t want to tell people the wrong answers! So I had to! I was so glad when I didn’t have to go up in front of everyone and say who ” I” was.

I went to the Chinese yo yo class because I knew how to do it. I was so excited when I found out that Mark, Ann, and Jeff were the teachers. Mark, Jeff and Ann, I LOVE YOU! At first, I forgot how to do the yo yo, but then when I saw three professionals I knew exactly how to do it! Thank you guys for teaching me!

My favorite day of all was TAF LOVE <3!!! I loved it because I love hugs and it was really emotional. And yes, I did cry. I especially enjoyed it when we went around in the circl and tapped people on the shoulder in honor of them. I tapped every councelor because I love you guys! And I would’ve tapped everyone but I didn’t know everyone, so next year, introduce yourself and we’ll be great friends! I PROMISE!

My other favorite day of TAF was the day of the picnik with sibs. I loved hitting the water balloons at people and random kids, but my TAF target was MARK!!! Mark, I love you, but you are way too sneaky sometimes! But I finally got you back, so I’m good. Thanks Alicia, for being the best big sib ever! I LOVE YOU ALICIA! And dumping a huge bucket of water on Chelsea was just darn funny! I LOVE YOU CHELSEA!

The last day of TAF was the worst. I HATE SAYING GOODBYE TO FRIENDS AND I ESPECIALLY HATE IT WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR TO MEET THEM AGAIN!!! But I still love you all!

TAF CAMPERS/COUNCELORS/FRIENDS/FAMILIY I LOVE YOU ALL! THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT!

TAF LOVE <3 ,
